These Terms govern your use of Aurelius Rank Series powered by Vropace AI. By signing in or using this platform, you agree to these conditions.
1. Service Scope
Aurelius Rank Series provides online mock test delivery, exam management, scoring, analytics, and AI-assisted guidance. It is a preparation platform and is not an official NTA portal.
2. Account and Access
- Users sign in using Google Authentication.
- Only the configured admin email is allowed full admin control.
- Users are responsible for activity under their own account/device.
- Impersonation, unauthorized admin access attempts, or misuse can lead to immediate suspension.
3. Exam Rules
- Exam windows, live controls, and timing are controlled by admin settings.
- When secure mode is active, navigation/proctoring restrictions may apply.
- Submission may be automatic if timer expires or security conditions require auto-submit.
- By default, one active attempt per exam per account is enforced.
4. Scores, Rankings, and AI Predictions
- Scores are calculated from configured marking rules (+/- marks) set per exam.
- Leaderboards are generated from submitted attempts; admin can hide selected student identities as Unknown.
- AI coaching and NEET rank predictions are guidance estimates only, not official rankings.
- Predictions based on trend logic can vary due to real paper difficulty, normalization, and candidate distribution.
5. Third-Party Paper and Copyright Disclaimer
Question papers, answer keys, and references may originate from third-party institutes or publishers and may be uploaded by users/admin for educational practice purposes. Aurelius Rank Series does not claim ownership of such third-party content unless explicitly stated.

6. Prohibited Use
- Trying to bypass security controls, manipulate scores, scrape protected data, or abuse APIs.
- Uploading malware, offensive content, or copyrighted material without proper rights.
- Using automation or scripts to disrupt services or overload free-tier AI quotas.
7. Data and Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You consent to processing of required account and exam data for platform operation.
8. Availability and Changes
Features may be modified, paused, or removed at any time for maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. We may update these Terms when needed; continued use means acceptance of revised terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or guaranteed exam outcomes/ranks.
10. Termination
Accounts may be restricted or removed for policy violation, fraud, abuse, or legal requirement. Students can request self account deletion from their account section when no active exam is in progress.
11. Governing Framework
These terms are intended for educational platform operations based in India. For formal legal interpretation, obtain independent legal advice.
