Aurelius Rank Series is an online mock test and analytics platform for exam preparation. Platform operations are managed by the administrator account vropace@gmail.com.
2. Information We Collect
- Account data from Google Sign-In: name, email, profile photo URL, user ID.
- Student profile data entered by user: phone, class target, city.
- Exam data: selected options, question-wise time, review flags, score, submission timestamps.
- Security/proctoring events: tab switch, fullscreen exit, visibility changes, and related attempt integrity logs.
- Analytics data: subject/chapter performance, weak/strong areas, leaderboard positions.
- AI analysis data: attempt summary payloads sent to configured AI endpoints for insight generation.
3. How We Use Data
- To authenticate users and authorize admin/student access.
- To run exams, evaluate responses, generate result analytics, and display progress trends.
- To operate features such as topper list, rank estimation, chapter mapping, and AI coaching outputs.
- To detect misuse, protect exam integrity, and improve platform reliability.
4. Third-Party Services Used
- Firebase Authentication and Firestore (Google) for identity and database storage.
- Cloudflare Workers and R2 for secure file APIs and PDF storage.
- Gemini API and open-source OCR engines for answer key extraction and analysis assistance.
Data processed through these providers is subject to their platform policies and infrastructure controls.
5. Exam Content and Copyright Notice
Some uploaded question papers, answer keys, or reference materials may belong to third-party institutes/publishers. Such content is not claimed as original ownership by Aurelius Rank Series. It is displayed only for student practice and educational use as uploaded by authorized exam administrators/users.
If you are a rights holder and need content removal, contact the admin immediately with proof of ownership.
6. Leaderboard Identity Controls
Admin can enable privacy masking for selected students. When enabled, that student may appear as Unknown in public topper lists shown to other students.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
- Exam and analysis records are stored until deleted by admin or user account deletion flow.
- Students can request permanent account deletion from the account section; this removes profile and linked attempt/insight records from Firestore.
- Certain operational logs or backups may persist temporarily due to cloud platform retention windows.
8. Security
We use role-based access rules, token-verified APIs, and protected admin endpoints. No system is perfectly secure; users must keep device access and Google account credentials protected.
9. Children and Eligibility
This platform is intended for exam candidates and supervised educational use. If you are under legal age in your region, use under parent/guardian/institution supervision.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when features, legal requirements, or infrastructure change. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised date.
